First ever video showing Guantanamo questioning released

Tuesday, July 15, 2008 For the first time a video showing the interrogation process at the Guantanamo Bay detention camp has been released. According to reports broadcast by Canadian media, the video shows Omar Khadr, one of the prisoners, being questioned by Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) officials. The video was filmed with a hidden camera through an air vent. It shows an interrogation from late February 2003 and it is being released now under a court order obtained by Khadr’s lawyers. Controversial medical center demolished in Buffalo, New York

Saturday, May 26, 2007 A medical center, once the site of intense controversy over abortion in the 1990s, which has been vacant for nearly 10 years, was imploded in Buffalo, New York at 6:00 a.m. [eastern time] today. Illegal drug found to be used in the manufacture of toys

Wednesday, November 7, 2007 Bindeez beads, a children’s toy from Australia and manufactured by Moose Enterprise in Hong Kong, is being pulled off toy store shelves in the United Kingdom after traces of an illegal drug, which is converted into gamma-Hydroxybutyric acid (GHB) when ingested, was found inside the toy. At least 20 million toys are affected. Outlaw gangs, says New Zealand First

Saturday, November 4, 2006 New Zealand First is calling for gangs to “be outlawed” out after the New Zealand police discovered stun guns cash and large quantities of drugs. The drugs found included Methamphetamine (“P”), Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (ecstasy) and cannabis, which, according to police, is to be worth thousands of dollars altogether. Tuesday, March 1, 2005 Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA — An analysis of melatonin studies has upheld the controversial supplement’s effectiveness as a sleep aid.
