The leak did not cause danger to people or the environment but it disturbed the normal operation of the plant. Saturday, December 11, 2004 VIENNA –Doctors from the Rudolfinerhaus clinic in Vienna say “there is no doubt” Ukrainian opposition leader Victor Yushchenko was poisoned with Dioxin. Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang said, “Gui Minhai broke Chinese law and has already been subjected to criminal coercive measures in accordance with the law by relevant Chinese authorities”.
